I am procrastinating laundry and packing in order to set up a possible site for reflections during my upcoming trip, "The Palestine of Jesus," at St. George's College in Jerusalem. I've resisted blogging to date, but wonder if this might not be the simplest way to share insights on this trip.
Tomorrow afternoon I plan to fly with my step-father, Marty, and a close friend from college, Chris--both ordained pastors--from Boston to JFK in New York and on to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. From there we'll take a cab to St. George's, a continuing education center for the Anglican Communion located in Jerusalem. For now I really should start packing, however.
